The Public Health Services department at the City of Hamilton has implemented a web-based open source electronic health record application widely known as OSCAR (Open Source Clinical Application and Resource), to securely document client interactions related to public health programs/services, store client records, and assist in clinic management. The Public Health Services department has a version of OSCAR that is highly customized and is substantially different from the typical code used by physician/clinic practices. The City’s Public Health Services department is seeking a vendor to provide software support, operating system upgrades, development, code base maintenance and consultation services as required. The Successful Proponent will work with support from the City’s Public Health Applications Analysts.
